What we collect
Your email address, order details, the IP address and browser used at checkout, and the time you revealed a code. We do not receive card numbers or wallet private keys; payment providers process those.
Why
To deliver codes, send order emails, prevent fraud and answer disputes. The delivery log is our evidence that a code was delivered.
Sharing
Payment providers receive the amount and your email to run checkout. Our email provider receives your address to deliver messages. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and rights
Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and dispute handling. Email support@keyclover.com to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion of data we are not required to keep.
Cookies
We use a single functional cookie to remember your language. No advertising cookies are set by us.
